  01/16/18 4:30pm A customer lost a bag of 80lb concrete center of the intersection of soscol and kansas. I a former worker took the task of removing the 80lb bag, though it was not mine after seeing a motor cyclist neerly crash after narowly avoiding the dense thick object. Unfortunatelt the bag split and scattered sand and rock all over myself and the road the right thing to do quickly turned into a mess. After this i quickly turned to almighty HD i asked for assistance to clean, to avoid the slick sand an rock now scattered across the road (hazardous yet again after my thought of intervention). Unfortunatly managment didn't think it was important and denied the thought of providing the slick wax cleaner they dont sell instore but have in hand to clean their own messes (knowing from experience) also denied any help allowing those who are trained in such clean up procedure to help sweeping or securing the main road to their establishment. Maybe i did to much trying to help out but its a product they sell less then 100yards away from their front door. Extremely dissapointed hope no accident is made from this experience.

  The least helpful store I have ever been in. The associates acted like they were doing me a favor when I asked to get parts down, I eventually pulled the steps through the store and got them down myself.
