  This place has the highest priced wine in the valley by $10 to $20 a bottle on average. They also have one of the rudest customer service agendas in the valley. Every time I go there I feel that I am not wanted. Today was no exception after 10-15 minutes standing in the same unmoving checkout line with only One customer ahead of me waiting on the cashier to finish talking the customer in front of me into going back down the aisle and trying to find some other product. Finally as tge cashier continued to ignore me and attempt not to meet my gaze or acknowledge I was there, I had to pick all my cart full of items up and back in my cart and then walk over to the machines. I generally don't like using automated checkout system because I would prefer a human have a job, but I also would prefer to be served instead of ignored rudely when I'm a customer and spending money. With the exception of an occasional emergency I shall not be shopping here again. I hate writing negative reviews however not as much as I hate being treated like crap in a customer service situation where I'm spending good money.
